• A 200hr RYT from Yoga Alliance or an approved school
• A regular yoga practice
• Prior yoga teaching recommended but not required

Power & Plunge Workshop is a full body, mind and breath experience. We will begin with a power focused, 75 minute, vinyasa yoga class. We will focus our breath and body around building intentional heat. Emphasis will be placed on the breathwork with multiple opportunities to align your breath, mind and body. After class, a personal cold plunge will be waiting for you. The benefits of a cold plunge after a vigorous workout has been around for thousands of years and is currently used by athletes, healers, and anyone else who is curious.
