Prenatal Yoga
Six Week Series - $100.
Sunday Evenings: 6:00 - 7:00 (Starts March 26)
Whether new or experienced, yoga is a great routine while pregnant! Research suggests that prenatal yoga has numerous benefits, including improved sleep, reduced stress, and better endurance of muscles needed for childbirth. Learn breathing techniques and poses to help with easing common discomfort while gaining strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Taught in a comfortable, group-sharing atmosphere.
Drop in $10; Parents can also purchase a 5 class pass for $50 (saves check in time!)
Thursday Afternoons from 4:30 - 5:30
Munchkins need mindfulness too! This special yoga classes includes games, music, and movement while incorporating breathing techniques
and poses. Adults can practice in the hot room during the same time, as
well.

and ethical components of yoga, meditation, and Yin Yoga in 3 different
weekend modules:
Module 1: Yamas and Niyamas |
February 11th and 12th | Saturday 12:30pm-6:30pm | Sunday 12:00pm - 3:00pm :
In this 8 hour workshop we will discuss the first two limbs: Yamas and
Niyamas/ How we connect to ourselves and how we relate to
the work.
These are our Yoga tools to living a morally just and ethical life,
within ourselves, our families and our communities.
Module 2: Yin Yoga | February
18th and 19th | Saturdya 12:30pm - 6:30 pm | Sunday 12:00pm - 3:00 pm:
In this 8 hour workshop you will learn the
basics of Yin Yoga, Yin Yoga Poses, Yin Yoga Anatomy and a brief history of
Yin Yoga.
Module 3: Meditation 101 |February 25th and 26th
| Saturday 12:30pm - 6:30 pm | Sunday 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm: In this 8
hour workshop we will learn all about meditations and the importance it can
have in your life. We will close both days with a meditation
practice.
This beginners series is perfect for those new to yoga and is designed to prepare you to confidently participate in any of our class offerings. The series will break down Sun Salutations and teach the basic yoga postures. Students will be taught proper alignment and how to incorporate breath work into your yoga practice.
5 Week Book Study held everyThursday evening in March at 6:30-7:45pm. Book Study is led by Shannon Wiseman. Come ready to read the book BEING OF POWER by her teacher Baron Baptiste, and come ready to share, open, connect and BE IN YOUR POWER.

As a devotee of the noon class, I consider it to be the best money spent all week. The class is straight up one hour, always interesting with routines that never get stale.
